Contact details of the person booking, guests' first names and suit sizes, signed waivers (name, date of birth, signature, IP address, timestamp), image-rights choice, payments (handled by Stripe, no card data is kept by Défoulé KOW), WhatsApp messages.

Retention

Clients and bookings: 3 years after the last booking. Guests: 3 years after the session. Accounting records: 10 years. Signed waivers: 10 years after the session. Image consent: as long as it is given. WhatsApp conversations: 12 months.
