The supervised rage room of Guadeloupe
Défoulé KOW is a rage room: a supervised space where you can smash, hit, splash paint and release what weighs on you (anger, stress, fatigue), safely and without judgement.
How does a session work?
Arrive 10 minutes before your slot. We explain the safety protocol, gear you up, and the session starts, supervised from start to finish.
- Safety gear required and provided: disposable suit, helmet or mask, gloves, goggles.
- Wear covering clothes and closed shoes.
- 30 minutes to let it all out, then time to breathe.
- A snack is included in every session.
Sessions
- Défoul' Car: one car, smashing tools and 30 minutes to let it all out.
- Défoul' Art: splash painting on canvas, 1 hour minimum. Your emotion becomes a piece you take home.
- Mix Car + Art: both experiences back to back, as a private session.
- Défoul' Free: smashing glass objects, household appliances and various items, opening February / March 2027.
Public or private session?
In a public session you come alone or up to 8 people, on your own slot: sessions run back to back and nobody shares yours. Above 8, or for a birthday or a bachelor party, go private: 2 to 15 guests, the venue is yours only, nobody before, nobody after. 15% off from 10 guests.
Where and when?
Public sessions on Saturdays from 3pm to 7pm in Jarry (Baie-Mahault). Private groups, companies and works councils on Wednesday mornings in Sainte-Rose. The exact address is sent with your booking confirmation. Annual closure from December 15 to February 15.
Safety, waivers and minors
Each participant signs their waiver online and, separately, their image rights before the session. For minors, parental consent is required: the link is emailed to the parent.

What is a rage room?
A rage room, or smash room, is a place where you can break things safely to release stress and anger. At Défoulé KOW every session is supervised and the gear is provided.
Do I need to book?
Yes, booking is online with live availability. Solo, you pay online; as a group, you pay your share and the others pay on site.
Can we come as a group?
Yes: up to 8 people in a public session, and 2 to 15 people in a private session, with the venue just for you.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from « My booking ». Up to 48 hours before: full refund. Less than 48 hours: refund minus 40% for costs already incurred.
