Terms of sale and cancellation

Booking and payment

A solo guest pays the full amount online. For a group, the person booking pays their share (or the whole amount) online; the other guests pay on site by card or cash. Prices are net: VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code.

Professionals: online quote valid 30 days; paying the 30% deposit accepts it; the balance is paid on invoice. Number of participants to be confirmed 7 days before.

Changes

Date, time and options can be changed online up to 48 hours before the session; names and sizes up to the day before.

Cancellation and refund

Up to 48 hours before: full refund. Less than 48 hours: refund minus 40% of the amounts paid, for costs already incurred. An absent guest pays nothing on site. Refunds are approved by the team and made to the payment method used.

Safety

The equipment provided is mandatory. Every guest signs a waiver before the session; minors take part with their legal guardian's consent. Défoulé KOW makes no therapeutic promise.

Gift cards

Valid 12 months from purchase, usable once or several times on sessions, non-refundable.
